Usually an annual exhibition, sponsored by local companies with prizes in various categories, takes place over one week in August, at Kings Court Masonic Centre, Winchester Rd, C/Ford, SO53 2GG. Ample car parking and disabled access. Open 10am to 6pm every day. Admission is free and the catalogue costs 50p. Several members sell their own range of greetings cards.

Highly commended awards went to Ginette Cassidy, Norman Murphy, Vera Olds and David Holt
The exhibition in 2009 was opened by Councillor Mrs Pamela Holden-Brown, Mayor of Eastleigh welcomed by Group President Derek Snowdon
