Chandlers Ford Art Group was founded in 1969 and has approximately 140 members.

Chandlers Ford is in Hampshire, UK.

The group welcomes beginners to more accomplished painters and meets at 7.30pm on the fourth Wednesday of each month (except for August and December), in the Community Centre, Chandlers Ford.
Various art demonstrations or illustrated lectures are held at these meetings.
Visitors will be made welcome (£5 fee). Members can also often enter a monthly competition.

There is a programme of monthly workshops (for members only, held on Saturdays),
and life drawing sessions (for members, held on Sundays) during the winter months.

The group holds a Summer Exhibition at Kings Court Masonic Centre, Chandlers Ford, in August each year.
Coinciding with the May Bank Holiday, the group also holds a Spring Exhibition annually.

Annual General Meeting

Chandler's Ford Art Group Annual General Meeting will be held at the Community Centre, Hursley Road, Chandlers Ford on Wednesday, 24th May, 2017 at 7:30pm.

Following the business of the meeting there will be a talk and presentation
by Jerry Griffin entitled Photography Techniques and Tools. For all those who use cameras
and photographs in support of painting, this should be a very interesting.
